A18003 extend-out connector has 4 pins, inner diameter of 9.35mm / 0.36"

If the meter counter does not work for your camera system, highly possible you will need a new part.

A18003 is for VS-749 (blue push-rod cable with 5.2mm diameter and 23mm camera), and VS-749A (red cable with 4.8mm diameter and 14mm camera)
