Oasis Scientific Inc. warrants that each new unit manufactured by Oasis and Vividia Technologies to be free from factory defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service for a period of one year (except the articulating bending and the camera heads, in which case the warranty period shall be 6 months) from the date of shipment to the original retail owner from our distributors, resellers or Oasis Scientific.
Oasis Scientific Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace, at the Oasis Scientific facility or at a point designated by Oasis Scientific, any part which shall appear to the satisfaction of Oasis Scientific inspection to have been factory defective in material or workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions:
- Defects and damage to products resulting from wear, tear, misuse, negligence, improper storage, transit, non-performance of scheduled operator and equipment maintenance items, battery leakage, or use of non-approved accessories, consumable, or supplies, software programs, and consumables, including but not limited to batters.
- The borescope damages due to working environment such as water, moisture, heat, oil, coldness, dust, chemicals.
- The borescope damages due to improper use, such as physical breaking, wear and tear, dropping, and exposure to extreme conditions.
- Borescopes, inspection cameras, microscopes exhibit physical damages, corrosions due to exposure environments.
- Consumable parts, such as plastic skids, batteries and accessories.
