2. Assistant Marketing Manager (Part-Time or Full-Time)
The assistant marketing manager will work with other team members to understand our markets and customers needs, our technologies and products, formulate our marketing messages and plan our marketing strategies and tasks, execute our plans and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing methods, channels, and strategies. The assistant marketing manager is expected to perform these marketing activities, including: writing, proofreading, and posting updates to social media accounts; assisting with the planning and coordination of trade shows; conducting market research on sales prospects, competitors, media opportunities, and promotional items; and collecting and recording lead information from trade shows and conferences. The ideal candidate will have earned a minimum of an Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or have equivalent experience), will have some experience working in a professional marketing or communications department, and will be able to demonstrate thorough understanding of and proficiency with managing corporate social media accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). - Analyzing the feasibility of the current business process related to productivity, quality, costs, demand, and time management.
Qualification of Business Process Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or project management or any related field
- Professional experience in management or any relevant post
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to conduct meetings, seminars, and presentations
- You should have experience or basic knowledge about the Business Process of Managing tools and software.
- Leadership and ability to work in a cross-functional or departmental team In short, you should be a team player.
