MS220-S-1611 XY Motorized Stage is a scanning inspection method. It can accurately position, record XY coordinates, and perform repeated coordinate movements. Combined with the autofocus system of different models of Vitiny, the speed of the XY platform can be flexibly adjusted to easily detect a large number of samples repeatedly.
MS220 also solves the problem of large-sized samples that are beyond the viewing area of the lens and cannot be measured. By gently sliding the mouse, you can use the coordinate positions of 2 points to calculate the size of the large sample.
Distance, record, and light control are easy to operate through the movement of the mouse.
