Rotational Borescopes and Inspection Cameras

Rotational or rotating / spinning inspection cameras mean that the camera head can be romotely rotated 360 degrees or more (similar to pan action) around the probe center axis. This is different from articulation. The benifit of a rotating side-view probe camera is the inspector can easiy see the side walls all around. 

A rotatiing inspeciton camera or borescope is equipped at least a side-view camera, optionally it has a front-view camera for some models. 

Another type of rotating inspection cameras is pan-tilt cameras, which inculdes both pan (360 rotation) and tilt (back and forth camera head movement) actions.
