Vividia CT-7510HT articulating borescope is a great inspection tool for applications where the environment of high temperature of 250 degree Celsius or 500 degree Fahrenheit is present.
High temperature 2-way articulating video borescope, Model:CT-7510HT
Important Notice on CT-7510HT high temperature applications:
CT-7510HT is designed to be used in high temperature (250 C or less) environments for short period of time (30 min. or less).
The compressed cooling air must be used to keep the camera sensor and probe head cool.
The maximum compressed air pressure is ~100psi.
CT-7510HT is not designed for long time exposure at high temperature.
Make sure the cooling air is flowing before you put the probe into high temperature environment. Test and feel the air flow first, then use the probe.
The cooling efficiency is very very important to keep the camera head cool. Highly depends on the set-up and cooling operation.
Probe testing in an oven, the detailed testing report below.
* Make sure the cooling air has required air pressure and flow.
** Monitor the live image closely for any thermal noises. If you see more lines, snowy image noise, or discoloration, take out the probe camera immediately. The camera head may experiece overheat.
