Diameter >1mm and ≤2mm

Borescopes with the camera head (probe tip) diameter larger than 1mm , equal and less than 2mm: 

Most borescopes in this diameter size range are non-articulaiton type, either rigid probe or flexible probe. 

The smallest diameter borescope with articualiton feature is around 1.8mm / 0.071". 

The smallest diameter joystick articulation borescope has a diameter of 2mm / 0.079". 

Side-view borescopes are possible for 1.8mm and above. 

Dual-view camera borescope (with both front-view and side-view) is difficult to make for this diameter range.
