Ablescope Articulation Borescope Lock Repair Kit
- 6 small steel balls or bead (only 5 beads are needed for the repair)
- 1 bronze set screw
Tools you will need to repair a broken lock on Ablescope borescope:
Small scewdrivers, tweezer to pick up small metal balls.

- Unscrew the metal cap and 6 screws on the handle to open the handle of a Ablescope
- Pull out the metal lock chamber slightly
- Make sure the set screw is put in and set in a right position
- Unscrew the lock chamber by rotate the large black wheel and the metal shaft
- Use a tweezer to put 5 pcs small metal balls into the lock chamber.
- Screw up the lock chamber.
- Put the handle cover back and secure it with 6 screws and the metal cap.
